What fees are charged
by ADVANCE! Data Conversion Services?

For our services, ADVANCE!
collects fixed conversion fees based on the options you select.
Additional project management, Application Analyst, and
Programming Support are available on an hourly
fee-for-service basis if you desire additional assistance
during your conversion or implementation process. |

What are the SMS MedSeries4 Application Groups converted by ADVANCE! ?

ADVANCE! was initially developed to convert
data files for SMS MedSeries4 hospital information system
applications. ADVANCE! will convert history
files for these existing MedSeries4
applications.
The ADVANCE! Conversion
Library groups for SMS MedSeries4 are:

History: CC, CM, CR, DG, DX, EC, FB, GR,
MR, NP, NR, NS, NT, PH, RE, RW, TE
- Orders/Clinical:

ADVANCE will tailor the
actual conversion scripts and programs delivered,
to meet your specific needs.
ADVANCE! Conversions
will generally convert your data from your source
release levels directly to the desired target
release levels.
ADVANCE! Data
Conversion Services can also assist Clients with
project support, including technical and
management resources.

proven? |

Western Midrange
Corporation was founded in 1991 to support data conversion,
data-mapping, interface development and project management needs for
the healthcare community. ADVANCE! Data Conversion Services was
established in late 1997 to focus specifically on the data conversion
and data-mapping needs of our loyal client base. By 1997 Western
Midrange had completed over 400 data-mapping and conversion
projects.
As of early 1999, ADVANCE!
conversion scripts had converted dozens of applications for
seven hospital facilities involved in Y2K upgrades. By the end of 1999,
ADVANCE! Data Conversion Services were successful in doubling the
completed Y2K conversion projects.
In
addition to conversions, ADVANCE! supports many of its
clients with on-site and off-site technical and
management personnel.
